📝 Step 1: Document Submission
Candidates must begin by submitting scanned copies of essential documents, including their Class 10th and 12th mark sheets. If available, a scanned copy of the passport should also be submitted.
📄 Step 2: Application and Undertaking Form
Next, applicants should complete the official Application Form provided by the Fergana Medical Institute’s Admission Office. This form must be submitted along with an Undertaking Form and the previously mentioned documents.
💳 Step 3: Payment of Booking Amount
After completing the documentation, candidates are required to make an initial booking payment. This can be done via online transfer or by personally visiting the Admission Office of the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health.
📨 Step 4: Issuance of Admission Letter
Once payment is confirmed, the Admission Letter will be issued by the Institute. This document outlines the course structure and officially confirms the student’s admission. The letter is typically released within a few weeks.
📁 Step 5: Visa Application Process
The Institute will prepare all necessary visa application documents. These, along with the official invitation letter, will be submitted to facilitate the issuance of a study visa for the student.
📦 Step 6: Return of Original Documents
After the visa process is complete, all original documents—along with the student’s passport—will be returned. These will be accompanied by the granted study visa and apostille certification.
✈️ Step 7: Departure and Support
Students should gather at the designated airport for departure. A representative from the Fergana Medical Institute’s Admission Department will be present to assist and accompany the students until their departure.
